PatrickFernandes Posted April 26, 2010 Report Share Posted April 26, 2010 I found in the internet some info about the format of the maps used in Z units and some uk models. aparently the teleatlas maps are compressed in the L-format by Pioneer to fit in a 4 gb flash memory built in the unit. maybe somebody can use this info to create a way to add (convert) new maps or update de current maps in new units. i think about a method to gain acess to FileSystem and write a Custom Firmware with a hacked WinAuto 5.5 when i can start Explorer and run everything! the link : http://www.japancorp.net/article.asp?Art_ID=21672 sorry my english , i´m from brasil and learn english by my self! i have a Z110bt in a Mitsubish Outlander 2010 and i need make my gps Work in brasil Quote Link to post Share on other sites
