brucebanner
Ok so i got a guy that is selling his f900bt with hd radio, ipod cable, all necessary stuff to install in my car, cuz he had the same car for $450 shipped to me, he has the original box and everything. it is on fw 2.0. my dilemma is that i have read that the f900bt unit is slow and laggy, but for this price should i care, i mean its pretty much gonna be plug and play into my car, the guy has the harness, dash kit, pacswi steering wheel control adapter everything. my other option is to buy a brand new x910bt that ive found for 615, and then it will probably cost me another 100-150 to get all the necessary install equip and the ipod cable. so either 450 for a complete f900bt, or around 750 for a complete x910bt? any input appreciated. also if the f900bt fw 3.0 and updated maps are available without paying, wink wink....would that make the unit better and that a better deal? brucebanner
well i went with the f900bt for $450 deal, i really hope i didnt make a bad decision. but i just figured that i should be able to update it to 3.0fw and with some hacks that it will be comparible in functionality as the x910bt.
