SimplyDrew
I've been doing research on and off the last few weeks about installing an AVIC Z110BT in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Currently I just have the factory radio installed. To my understanding, I need the navigation bezel since it's a double din unit that I'm going to be installing. So I found: http://www.justforjeeps.com/recinkit1.html And for the doube din adapter I found the Metra 99-6510. Besides picking up the GEX-P920XM. Should I be all set? I just wanted to double check considering I have a friend that put in a F900BT with the former stuff in the same car, but wasn't sure if the dimensions would be exactly the same headunit wise. rgarjr
yeah dude, u need some type of double DIN mounting kit for your vehicle. You can also get the wiring harness plug so that wiring it up will be easier.

When I called for an install quote the guy said that he had the wiring harness for $55. Also, the navigation bezel for my Grand Cherokee has a curve at the top that makes it look a little different from the anticipated overall look I'm going for. I'm more going for: However, that's in an SRT Jeep. So I'm not sure if the parts would fit the same. It looks like it would in comparison to my Jeep. Checking with the parts site to make sure. Not sure if anyone else had any other opinions.
