z1 phonebook problem

I have a z1 upgraded to a z3.

 

I have not done anychanges since the z3 upgrade except gracenote updates.

I wanted to put all the phone numbers from my cell onto the z1. I forgot how

Much trouble this was. I deleted my whole phonebook assuming I would just copy my whole contact list from my phone to the z1.

 

Of course it was taking too long to do 250 numbers so I aborted the mission.

 

My question is: is there any way to copy my contacts into the z1 phonebook that is easier then doing it the way the instructions say? Maybe by taking the harddrive out and copying it into a folder on the drive.

 

Also the z1 puts the names last name first, first name last. That is annoying sincce I have the names in my phone like this: Jackie cell, Jackie home. It puts all the names by cell, home and so on.
