corrupt2k Posted July 14, 2010 Report Share Posted July 14, 2010 So, it looks like my DVD/CD drive died (which I barely even use, so I don't understand how it died). I have a Z1 upgraded to a Z3 with a new HDD. My problem is this: The "Unreadable Disc" banner remains on the screen the entire time you are in Audio Mode, and blocks other things like the Artist Name on XM. I can't figure out how to eject the CD, and then get the screen to flip back up. When I eject the CD, how do I get the screen to flip back up without putting a new CD in the drive? I tried hitting the eject button on the face to no avail. Any ideas? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I tried hitting the eject button on the face to no avail. Any ideas? You just use the "open/close" button you also needed to open the screen.... (leftmost hardware button below the screen...) Yes, it closes the screen You have to press it once, briefly. In the Z2/Z3 manual it also clearly states this.....(open/close button) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
