chuchothedog Posted December 19, 2006 Report Share Posted December 19, 2006 Does any one Know the color and the location of the VSS wire for a 2003 HUMMER H2 with the premium BOSE system I have searched with no luck in finding it. Also wich interface do you recomend to be able to keep my onstar and other functions when installing AVIC Z1? the PAC OS-2BOSE or the GMOS-4? Any help will be apreciated. cntrylvr79 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Share Posted December 19, 2006 The interface choice is up to you doesn't really matter which one they both do the same thing. 2003 H2 Reverse Light lt. green + BCM, black plug, pin F Notes: The BCM (Body Control Module) is located behind the headlight switch. It has 6 plugs in it, the purple plug is on the back. Speed Sense dk. green/white PCM, green plug, pin 50 Notes: The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is under the hood on the driver side next to the battery. The vss wire is also found behind the instrument cluster, and in the radio harness on some models. Odds are for the vss, you can get it behind the radio. It's in the smaller of the 2 plugs that plugs into the back of your stock radio. merry xmas Quote Link to post Share on other sites
jimmy303 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Share Posted December 19, 2006 You can also find the reverse wire at the junction block in front of the driver's kick panel on the fire wall in a plug near the top of the block.
