zukgod1
z1 with Toomey Z3 hard drive.. Ok so after a few failed attempts over a 3 year time period I guess it's time to ask.. Has anyone had any success using a RCA to 3.5mm cable to use an mp3 player or phone or boom box ? Doesn't seem to compute that I cant turn on the AUX input and use a portable device to play music.. Just trying to make sure I'm not loosing my marbles.
garrettoomey
The Aux input is only for an IPbus to RCA adapter (sold seperately). You want to use the built in RCA inputs. Go to your AV Settings, system settings tab. Turn Aux (off), and turn AV Input to (Video). You will then get audio from your mp3 player, etc.
