Cozze02 Posted October 2, 2010 Report Share Posted October 2, 2010 When i start up my avic z110bt it has a gray screen and then just blacks out but the bottom lights stay on and the rest of the unit is unresponsive. the only way i have found out to fix this is to unplug it from the vehicle and then plug it back in the next day but then i happens again about a week later. i bought it about a month ago and its a re-manufactured unit. pls help!!! here is a picture of the screen Quote Link to post Share on other sites

This is the price you pay however when you buy refurbished products. Most refurbs have at least a 30-90 day warranty however so you may be able to get it fixed without charge.
