yeah im gonna have to give pioneer a call, never thought a refurb product would just take a dump that quick. but it does have a 90 day warranty so wish me luck.

When i start up my avic z110bt it has a gray screen and then just blacks out but the bottom lights stay on and the rest of the unit is unresponsive. the only way i have found out to fix this is to unplug it from the vehicle and then plug it back in the next day but then i happens again about a week later. i bought it about a month ago and its a re-manufactured unit. pls help!!! here is a picture of the screen
