B3-ST
Greetings from the US! Wanted to say I found the forum via Vblue's video posts at Youtube! I just mail-ordered a new AVIC Z-120BT that I intend to install in a 2010 Ford Sport Trac. Almost went for a used OEM unit but install problems with that led me to the AVIC Z Series! BTW, in addition the head unit, I will be installing a Sirius tuner, Pac-SWIPS, Rydeen Rear Back-Up Camera and a Scosche Ford harness. I hope to install myself and was curious if anyone has wired a Z110 or Z120BT to a 2008 and up Ford, particularly an Explorer or Sport Trac? Looking for potential advice with harness before the hardware arrives early next week? Also would welcome any comments on connecting the PAC-Swips for the steering wheel control? Thanks in advance for any help, Regards, B3

TXFrdOwner
If I were you I'd return the PAC-SWIPS and get the Axxess ASWC intead. That way u wont have to deal with programming buttons for the steering wheel. http://www.axxessinterface.com/products.aspx?s=ASWC For the Camera once you pick a spot to install it, just run your (+) and (-) wires to one of your reverse light bulbs wiring to power it up. Your RCA cable is for video off course (it's labeled). The camera wire running from the back of the head unit (purple/white) connects to your back-up cam (+) wire. VBLUE42
The Axxess adapter does not let you program for VR as the SWI does. And don't wire your cam to the reverse lights. The cam should be wired to the 12 volt switched wire or you will not get rear view.
TXFrdOwner
What do you mean by "dont wire to the reverse lights". That's how i got mine wired to work, but I dont get rearview when I try to use Rear view option in Park gear. How you got yours wired ? BTW what's VR ?
