Dundelunk
I have an AVIC 920 BT with the steering wheel controls and Sirius. I was wondering if anyone knew a way that I could use my steering wheel controls to browse through presets instead of just available stations? I know you can do this on the touch screen, but it is handy to do it on the steering wheel instead. SInce I have Sirius some times I have a lot of stations between the stations that I like and it gets tedious to keep pressing the steering wheel controls 50 times. Thanks in advance. Dundelunk
I miss that too and i miss the speed on the screen What do you mean by "speed on the screen". Is it not responsive? I do have lots of issues with scrolling the presets on the screen. It is hard to scroll while driving to get to a preset.
1loudls
you would have to reprogram a couple of you buttons to do presets instead of track/tune, which would render the buttons useless for ipod or CD. also i believe that there are some models that do not support the presets buttons
nosaJ-11C7
I have an AVIC-X920BT and I have preset up/down assigned to two buttons on my steering wheel and it works well. Note however, that there seems to be no way to switch between preset lists using the steering wheel buttons. If anyone figures out how to do that let me know

VBLUE42
It sounds like you are talking about BAND 1, 2, and 3 and it can be programed to the wheel controls as long as you have a button to program to. If not you can switch BANDS on the screen by touching the XM icon on the screen.
