nunii Posted December 26, 2010 Report Share Posted December 26, 2010 I just had a shop install the z110bt everything worked great at first an just an houR later the sound went out then came back after 10 minutes then a week passes happens again comes back after 10 minutes last night again but this time it's not coming back there is no noise at all everything works but the sound all menus nav ... I don't have the mute or ATt coming up on the screen...no noise at all like speaker when pluging in the RCA ...I think the amp is not turning on... 2008 corvette Bose with steering wheels control Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I dont really have a fix, but for me i noticed it happens when there is a really bass heavy song, its gone out for a few days once without sound. I just try to avoid playing bass heavy songs or turn the radio volume down. I have eclipse xa1000, eclipse xa2000 amps at this point, i have my car in storage and am about to think about going in and tinkering with it. It might be an air issue where not enough air is behind the z110bt. I have it insalled in 350z which is really cramped as im sure the corvette is. I really hate going in there and doing that, and id rather not. But im almost at the end of my warranty and i want to know if i can correct the problem or i need to exercise option. nate Quote Link to post Share on other sites
