jcqb15 Posted March 20, 2011 Report Share Posted March 20, 2011 Hello everyone new proud owner of the z130bt, and new to the forums. i purchased this HU thinking that it has XM programmed on it but was saddened when i found out it wasnt and is already here with me. my question is this, i have a 08 trailblazer with xm already on it and activated, do i need to purchase anything else when i get my new HU installed for the xm to work on it since i already have xm in the trailblazer. thank you for your help and concern Quote Link to post Share on other sites
bit_bucket Posted March 20, 2011 Report Share Posted March 20, 2011 You will need the pioneer XM module. This will take the place of your built in XM. You can certainly utilize the existing XM antenna with an adapter or some clever splicing From there I believe you can transfer your account to the new unit.
