Guest guest
I have a 2006 Honda Ridgeline with the built in steering wheel controls from Honda. They used an adaptor to connect this directly to the Z 1 but now when I press the channell up or down button, channels only move up or down one channel instead of through my preselects like it did with the factory radio. Shop says it can't be fixed. Any suggestions? Also, is there any way to list your preselects instead on the other information in the AV screen. Would be much more useful. Guest Nick
Wait - I have steering wheel controls on my Ford Fusion. I can get these to work with my Z1?
05Stang-GT
Sounds like they programed it wrong to me...
edrock200
Is your head unit in preset mode or direct input mode? They most likely mapped the buttons to track up/down instead of p.list up/down which you need for the pre-programmed stations to work, but keep in mind it will change to those buttons for all inputs. Nick, get a PAC SWI-PS or SWI-X to retain your steering wheel buttons.
