No one can say for sure unless they also tried that A/V cable. The connectors look right. If it doesn't have proper shielding, it might pick up some noise or cause intermitant control problems. BTW I store my ipod in a storage compartment at the rear of my center console with the stock Pioneer dongle + ipod cable, and still had extra to cable to tuck/hide. But I guess it would depend on how high the HU mounts in your dash. The longer the cable, the more chance you will get quality degradation. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
