mos_def Posted July 19, 2011 Report Share Posted July 19, 2011 hey guys, so i removed my d3 from my scion tc because i upgraded to a 920bt. i installed my d3 on my 93 mr2. it was basicallya plug and play installation because it uses the same wiring harness. the previous radio on my mr2 had a p. cont wire that connects to the amp. i disconected it and dont know where to install this wire on my d3. i think this is the reason the d3 plays music, but the subwoofer has no sound. if anybody can help me figure out where this wire connects to on the d3 i will greatly appreciate it. thanks in advanced. 1loudls Posted July 26, 2011 Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 if your system is only playing sound when the radio is the source, it is because you hooked up the antenna wire from the radio to the amp turn on wire for the amp, you should have connected the amp "turn on wire" from the amp to the "amp turn on wire" from the radio (blue with white stripe) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
