Dan Clark Posted August 20, 2011 Report Share Posted August 20, 2011 Hello, I just bought an AVIC F700BT from a friend and had it professionally installed. But when I turn it on a message comes up that reads "system startup in progress, pleas wait". I can play a C.D. and listen to the radio but thats all. And it shuts down and reboots about every three or four minutes. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
1loudls Posted August 24, 2011 Report Share Posted August 24, 2011 welcome new guy well for starters, about half the threads on here are about constant reboots, you need to start looking around and reading them. then maybe after you have put in a little effort and tried a few of the ways to fix it, maybe someone will offer more things to try if those dont work. if you cant do that, then you can ship it off to pioneer with a check (sorry i dont have the exact amount, i think its somewhere between $150-$250)then they will fix it for you. lastly, what kind of friend sells a broke ass AVIC?
