billrini
So far I have been unable to get the iPhone AVICFeeds application to work. Furthermore the AVICFeeds desktop application is about as counter-intuitive as it gets. So, bottom line is that I have no way of getting POIs or addresses into my head unit. From what I understand about the iPhone app is that it you create a POI or address and the app stores it as a contact in your iPhone contacts database. Assuming that is true, shouldn't it be possible to manually enter something into the iPhone contacts directly that would change them from a C (contact) to an M (map) when they're imported into the head unit via Blue Tooth? is anybody able to get the AVICFeeds app to work and if so what changes does it make to the contact record in your iPhone so that it imports as an M instead of a C?
