Lancer1 Posted December 20, 2011 Report Share Posted December 20, 2011 TOC, did you ever get a working Testmode? I finally was able to download FX3.1.rar (testmode is in there) and I got it to work. My "brick" is now back to being one of the neatest gadgets that I have. No more nag screens, DVD on the fly, great stuff. I took me a while, a lot of reading, lots of trial and error, but it's back better than ever. Just downloaded today (19 Dec 2011). Wow!! Saved me a least $300. I had almost given up and was going to send it to Pioneer. They fussed at me and said it probably failed because of the "hard bypass". Anyway, it works like a charm now.
