nafs Posted January 24, 2007 Report Share Posted January 24, 2007 Hi all. I have had the Z1 for about 7 months now, and have had the blackberry 7250 paired to the unit without any problems. My company got new phones, blackberry pearl with T- mobile. I have tried to register the pearl several times with no success. Registering through the NAVI unit is not possible. It tells me to register via the phone. When I try to register thru the phone, it recognizes the NAVI unit, but displayes a message the the NAVi cannot accept at this time. I think I might have to delete the old phone. How do I reset the unit to do this? What info will i lose with a "soft" reset. Any suggestions would really help. Thanks in advance.
