scottatah
Hey Folks, I picked up a Z120 a short while back and installed it in my 2005 300C. After a bunch of fiddling by the shop, pretty well everything is worknig, except the 3D view seems a little lame compared to what was advertised. The 3D view looks a little different, but I've never seen anything resembling a 3D landmark in Edmonton or Calgary, AB, Canada. Should I? In addition, inside the sensor learning area, everything is learning, except the 3D. Distance, left and right turns are learning, but not 3D and this is after months of driving. Am I missing something or....? Thanks, Scott
Bryce
The only thing I've seen on mine has been 2 ferris wheels. Granted, they popped up at ammusiment parks, but neither had ferris wheels. One was at a water oak and the other is more of a big game/putt putt type place. Installed since December. DJGMB
I live in connecticut and i rarely get 3d landmarks, sometimes a golf course or a stadium. In New York though I get a lot more landmark buildings, prob has to be a major city like that. As far as the 3d learning sensors, from what I gathered through the forums, your vs wire needs to be hooked up to have any affect, but definitely don't quote me on it. VBLUE42
3D learning and 3D landmarks have nothing to do with each other. And landmarks are sporadically supported on the unit. If you don't see any its because there are none for your area in the unit's database.
