beto93
Hi all, I know some of you might think it is a daft idea, I have an iPad and wanted to check if the appradio2 works with it. I know it is not listed as a suppoerted device, but just wanted to check if anybody has tried it before? Thanks.
timmiii
I believe it will work as long as you can install the AppRadio App from the iTunes store along with the supporting apps then it should be fine. The iPad is just a giant iPod Touch anyway.
beto93
That's what I think, I was wondering if anyone has actually tried it.
tehzimmy
I've tried my ipad2 with it, and it works like a charm. It would be kind of funny to have an iPad controlling it, but one potential use could be rear seat viewing (?) for those interested.
holliemc
i talked with the pioneer tech line last week and ask about the ipad after i flushed one in my tahoe console why they did not list the ipad as being compatible they told me its because of the amp output charging range so they can not confirm nor deny but i will tell u for a fact it works great.
