TheGreatWhatsIt Posted June 14, 2012 Report Share Posted June 14, 2012 Just installed a new AVH-P4400BH head unit and when I go to the Bluetooth Audio menu it just says "No Service". When I go to the Phone Menue to pair my phone all the icons are greyed out. Did I do something wrong, or is there a software update I need? Everything else works prefectly. Make sure BT is running on the phone and make sure the phone is set to discoverable, usually defaults to discoverable for a minute or so. Then turn the radio on and go to the BT Settings menu.
