capjap Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 I am trying to enter coordinates into the unit. I do a lot of geocaching and they are in the form N43 13.483, W079 44.793. All my friends send them in that form when agreeing to meet at different places. Is there a way to change the unit to accept them as MM.MMM? My tom-tom gps allows me to select from a few different ways, and I find it hard to believe that a more sophisticated navigational unit would not allow you to switch to a different format.
