tbrown Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 Hello everybody, I just bought the x940bt and read and watched all the videos on how to do the parking break bypass. I followed it exactly and when the unit turns on it is in ATT mode and will not shut off unless I disconnect the mute wire (that I relocated 1 position up and grounded with the lt green wire to ground). dheimbigner Posted February 18, 2013 Report Share Posted February 18, 2013 Try pulling it out of the harness, and reistalling it in the bypass slot (next to the red wire). if that doesnt work, try grounding it to a seperate location Quote Link to post Share on other sites
