Unless pioneer as a model/map set that they market to UAE, like MEA or Arab pensinsula, then you will have no luck. The maps in this series are proprietary. Some of the older models (like F900/X910) actually use igo8.3 software, and can be "modified" to use any of the maps that are available on the internet for just about any global region.
