lbaker07 Posted October 31, 2012 Report Share Posted October 31, 2012 I recently canceled the nav traffic bc it is worthless. When I did that I lost the Sirus channels but the XM are still working. I have the premier package so I can get howard. If I try to go to the 100 or 101 channels, it says "updating" and wont go to that channel. I have tried unplugging the unit, xm box, resending signal (about 12 times), and even swapping out the xm box. Nothing works. Is there anyway to clear the HD or to reset the unit other than "restore factory settings" tried that. I dont know what else to try. Thanks. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
