NM06lariat
I just installed a P-90 DVD changer with my D1. I'm using the vieo input od the D1 for a monitor. The images on movies appear to have a ghost like shadow on them. The Nav screen etc is mormal, no shadows. I've tried different color settings etc. What is the problem? Can someone help? Thanks, PHillip
aznsmartass24
what kind of rca cables are you using to hook up your source? Sounds like you are getting a lot of noise from your connections.
NM06lariat
It's a video cable from Radio Shack. I tried another monitor with the same cable and it displays fine. I guess I've got a bad input or something on my D1. Any Ideas?
aznsmartass24
have you checked if the RCA cables connectors are touching some other wires while in the dash?
NM06lariat
I've checked everything. I've replaced the cable with one that works on another monitor. Pioneer says it's a video chip problem. I guess I'm going to have to send it in. It's under warranty, so I hope it's no big deal.
