I have read the owners manual and well it is worthless. I have removed the face plate and replace...nothing. I have turned vehicle on and off...no luck. I have reset the unit...and no luck....so any clues what to do next? I have the product replacement plan from best buy...so thinking of just going back to best buy on Friday and having them replace it...but I know they will want to "bench" test it....anything you can think I should do before taking it to them?
