BAFU Posted May 14, 2014 Report Share Posted May 14, 2014 I have a newly installed 5000. On the bottom left hand corner I always have a speed box as well as a compass bar. Both of which aren't needed for me. Is there any way these can be disabled or better yet removed firm the screen?? I've searched the manual and there's nothing that I can see. In there you will twoo options. you can turn off both. One is for navigation info pane and AV info pane. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

duaneellison Posted July 9, 2014 Report Share Posted July 9, 2014 it doesn't appear you can turn them off but you can change them to a different field. It's covered in the manual (kind of) page 52, Chapter 10 under Data Fields. Get to it by settings -> Navigation Map -> Data Fields Hope that helps! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
