faceplant409 Posted August 1, 2014 Report Share Posted August 1, 2014 Occasionally 920 will turn on but no sound. Deck seems to function fully. Sometimes sound cuts out over hard freeway bumps. Volt meter showed 4.3 volts at remote wire on amp. while having no sound issue. After re booting it went to 11.5 which was enough to turn amps on. I assume it should be 12V?? Rather than replace or repair a 3 yr old deck, if I supply switched 12v to amp lead I should be good, right? I have installed a fuse block that is switched by a relay triggered by ign. Thoughts?
