6000NEX Contact management

When originally setting up my 6000NEX, I let it sync my contacts from my Android phone via bluetooth. I didn't really think it through, but since Google is so damn greedy with it's contacts manager, I've now got some 500 contacts synced to the NEX (at least half are just email addresses, what's the use in that??). I've been poking around and haven't been able to find any information on phonebook management.

 

Does anyone know if there's a way to delete the addressbook, or at least multiple addresses easily? I'd rather not reset the entire device, I've spent a lot of time customizing things. I'd also rather not have to go through and scrub my Google addressbook either as that'd be several hours of work.
