Mannyman Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 I think one application called DVDInfoPro is able to change your drive's booktype to DVD-ROM if you need to. That's what I did to make my writer able to burn Xbox 360 backups. Then, I'd probably use CloneCD to make the nav disc backup. I haven't tried to copy the nav disc for myself yet but I'm certain it would work. Also, I recommend using Verbatim branded DVD+R DL media for best data integrity and performance.
