hvs69 Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 While I am waiting eagerly for my AVIC D-3 from Crutchfield, I decided to browse through the installaition instructions. I was expecting an auxilliary audio out from D3 but it seems that the RCA harness has output for 4 speakers & a subwoofer. I plan to install an overhead flipdown LCD monitor in my 03 Sienna. The monitor has an IR audio transmitter for headphones. I am now wondering how to connect the audio transmitter due to the lack of available audio outputs. Thanks. Rider69 Posted April 5, 2007 Report Share Posted April 5, 2007 I was kinda hoping to see the same thing, but there is not one. Basically, I will be putting monitor in the headrests and was going to use a wireless headphone setup so the rear passengers can watch a movie or whatever, while I listen to the radio/CD/Sirius. have to try and figure out how I can get it to work.
