parm104 Posted April 19, 2007 Report Share Posted April 19, 2007 Hey everyone, I've fiddled around with the D1 custom backgrounds for about a month now. I've noticed that a lot of the pictures I upload, lose their coloring. I know with the white ones they will look transparent but I've been getting that with a lot of the one I've downloaded straight from the gallery. What I do is this: Save the image from the galleries posted on the forum Open up photoshop and then save them as BMP files. I use the PIM Manager program to open them as a BMP and then save as a PIM file. Then I upload them to the appropriate folder on the disc. Is there a solution to the color changes that occur when I view the backgrounds on my unit? Cheers Quote Link to post Share on other sites
