eschase Posted April 22, 2007 Report Share Posted April 22, 2007 I installed a Pioneer AVIC-Z2 in my 2007 EX Sedan. I get a screen that says "Dectected improper connection of Parking Brake" All posts I could find said it was the "Green Wire" in the center console. There is a large wire bundle in the center console with many green wires. One is dark green, one is medium green and one is light green. I connected the parking brake wire from the HU to the light green wire. Please help! If you could post a picture of the correct wire that would be very helpful. I know this may sound dumb, at the "parking brake switch" are you referring to the wire coming off the parking brake lever?
