ryan0240 Posted May 15, 2007 Report Share Posted May 15, 2007 I am installing my d3 in the 05 gto right now. i thought i had the by pass correctly. I put the mute wire one slot up. I then grounded the end of that wire and the parking brake wire to the rest of the ground wires. Was that correct.? when i just tried driving my car, it made me stop watchnig a movie after the car started moving and i also tried the navigation and that stopped letting me edit my route after i started driving? what could the problem be? gmoney863 Posted May 16, 2007 Report Share Posted May 16, 2007 A couple of things you can check: 1) check that the mute wire pin is securely fastened and locked in place into the new position 2) check all of your wiring and make sure there are secure connections 3) try a reset Quote Link to post Share on other sites
