steve310 Posted May 30, 2007 Report Share Posted May 30, 2007 I don't have the 2008, but '07 is: Speed Sense, gray/black, ABS or brake system control module The ABS control module is on the rear driver side of the engine compartment. On the Hybrid models, the brake system control module is on the rear passenger side of the engine compartment. On vehicles with the 6-disc in-dash CD changer, this wire is also found in the radio harness. Doesn't hurt to check. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
MisFit Posted May 31, 2007 Report Share Posted May 31, 2007 2008 is a totally different animal. with the way most of the new fords have been, theres a good chance you dont have a speed sense. the only new ford i found it on was the edge. it was purple/orange at the pcm or the wiper motor. you could give that a shot Quote Link to post Share on other sites
norrin302 Posted May 31, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 31, 2007 Well it appears there aren't even any wiring harnesses or double din dash kits for the non-nav '08 Escapes yet, so I have some time.
