yankeeland Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 I had my D3 installed today, everything was fine but the AVOX. The unit works fine at home and at the audio shop with a tv monitor. First the PSP car adapter doesn't make full contact. The installer tried the a/v cable that came with the unit and his a/v cable and neither worked with the D3. I called Vantec and tech support have no idea. They're implying the D3 may be at fault. I told them that the same a/v cable that didn't work with their unit works with the Ipod. Please help. The component cables and input worked fine on the tv but not the composite cables. I hate the fact that I purchased the unit mainly for the truck and I can't even use it. I called Sewelldirect.com to get another unit but it is discontinue, hopefully I'll get my money back in a timely manner. I ordered MEDIAGATE AL-MG-25 from Newegg.
