BlueMNSTRZ
I just installed my XM NavTraffic on Saturday. Everything was working great except that I didn't hookup the XM data cable that came with it, I only hooked up the Ip bus cable. Today I went back and hooked up the XM data cable and the AVIC-D1 said that XM was updating. During that process I turned the car off and went inside to get ready for work. When I came back out and turned the car on the AVIC-D1 doesn't read that there is an XM unit connect to it at all. I don't even get the XM radio anymore. I checked all of the connections and they are solid. Anyone have any idea what may have happened? Would turning the power off on the car during the updating mess up the XM tuner? BlueMNSTRZ
Never mind I got it working. The fuse holder on the battery lead came undone and the fuse fell out. It's all good.
