Now as I'm pondering whether to do the bypass while my unit is still under warranty, I've got a question: If your D3 went bad while under warranty, wouldn't you just ship the main unit back to Pioneer and leave the harness installed in the car? Isn't it the case with most electronics that they don't want you to ship cables & accessories, just the main unit? If so, then worrying about voiding your warranty isn't really an issue, is it, since th D3 bypass requires no modifications to the main unit itself, right? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
