Avic-D3 and XM Radio Problems.

Head Unit: Avic-D3

+XM Tuner: Terk XM Direct Universal Tuner Box (XMD1000)

+XM Tuner: Terk Pioneer XM Digital Adapter (XMDPIO110)

 

Car: 2004 Honda Civc

 

Problem (Lack of information displayed with XM Radio)

 

when I use XM on my D3 it doesnt seem to be able to display allot of information

for example i can only show Channel Number + One other thing (Channel name / Artist Name / Track name)

I cant see more then one at a time.

 

also my presets do not show the channel name. just "Preset 1 / 2 / 3 etc."

Is this because of the tuner I use? would getting the offical Pioneer tuner fix this?

Ok then, I had the Terk Tuner from when i had my P6900UB. was not aware it would not work right.
