mentalcase
So I was attempting to listen to bluetooth audio today and the NEX wouldn't connect to my phone. Once I got home I tried resetting the microprocessor, clearing the settings (which error btw) and updating the firmware to 1.08. To no avail of course. Any time I go to access the bluetooth menu I get an ERROR-02. All BT settings are greyed out. The phone dialer will not show anything either. It sounds to me like the BT function is completely shot, but I've reached out to Pioneer for their assistance. Anyone had this happen before and were you able to fix it? I bought my unit from eBay, but with a Square Trade Warranty. So luckily I should be covered in the event Pioneer will not cover me. I'll tell you thought if given my money back I'm not sure I'll be buying Pioneer again. I had an AVIC-D3 back in the day that quickly developed a hum and now this. Pioneer needs to step up their game.
likeawind
My Siri has gone silent, navigation broken. Two of the major components of this deck are gone, I'm so done with Pioneer. I bought mine off ebay too, does it automatically comes with square trade warranty?

mentalcase
Well my problem seems to be intermittent, but the BT is malfunctioning more often then not. Planing to call Pioneer tech support tomorrow afternoon.
