Derelique Posted February 21, 2015 Report Share Posted February 21, 2015 Hey guys, I installed an Nex 8000 and it's awesome. The only thing I can't figure out is how to turn off the auto mute which happens only at start up about 5 seconds after booting up. I did install a ground loop bypass. Derelique Posted February 22, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2015 I do have the speed wire connected to the truck. Do you think that might be causing it? I will test it out in a minute. Possibly lowing the volume at a certain speed. Also the preset dials(favorites) are not working. I can't get any contacts to save to it. I push the favorite icon next to the contact and it beeps and lights up for a split second but does not save. Anyone else have this problem? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
