Vehicle Dynamics Display reads wrong

The clock and the speedo reads right but the direction shows me going in the wrong direction, then it recalculates and shows me going in the right direction, only until I turn again. Ex-if im going south and then turn east, it thinks I turned west until it recalc. this makes it hard while following a route because it constantly recalculates. How do I fix this.

I just figured it out, recently I had some work done to my car and the passenger side interior (kick panel) was removed, well the navi brain was put back in upside down, I flipped it over and everything is ok now.
