Figure out what time the clock resets to when the car battery is disconnected. Probably noon or 1 PM. Disconnect the battery before that time, then reconnect it at that time. It can take a few minutes for the clock to actually reset once the battery is disconnected, so allow for that in the timing.

Thanks for the help. That is exactly what I did last night still the same scenario.

Any other ideas?

You disconnected the battery, and reconnected it at the time the clock resets to and it is still 10 hours off? I think you didn't disconnect the battery for long enough to get the clock to actually loose time. Try disconnecting an hour before, then reconnecting at the correct time.
