Thumper2811 Posted June 10, 2015 Report Share Posted June 10, 2015 hi all that is my set up. Problem is the sync screen is still displaying the time but it is 10 hours off. If anybody has a similar set up and can help me out with this that would be great. Having the wrong time up on the dash is very annoying. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

493008 Posted June 11, 2015 Report Share Posted June 11, 2015 Figure out what time the clock resets to when the car battery is disconnected. Probably noon or 1 PM. Disconnect the battery before that time, then reconnect it at that time. It can take a few minutes for the clock to actually reset once the battery is disconnected, so allow for that in the timing. You disconnected the battery, and reconnected it at the time the clock resets to and it is still 10 hours off? I think you didn't disconnect the battery for long enough to get the clock to actually loose time. Try disconnecting an hour before, then reconnecting at the correct time.
