jskwarek
I have an AVIC-Z140BH that I've owned a few years. I recently tried updating the firmware to support my iPhone 6. During the Firmware update process the unit powered itself off and now won't power back up. Anyone have any idea how to either get the unit booted or firmware issue corrected? Don't want to wastee the $250 to send back to Pioneer as it's a 3 year old unit at this point and that's half the cost of buying new. TIA, Jason
LSV8Crisis
Have you received any responses to this issue? I have the same issue and registered to do some research here. I'm beginning to think there is either no fix or no one knows what to do about it and are too nice to say "buy a new one"...
RonS
With the limited info you posted, sounds like you're toast. Did you try testmode? Can you open the screen to access the CD or SD slot? Did the power die during your software install?
