Avic F77dab completely blocked

Hi, i was testing my brand new pioneer unit, which worked fine, until I started to test the backup camera setting. It is now completely blocked. I can only see what the camera shows, with the colored line.

 

The reset button has no effect.

Power off - on, no effect, it simply goes back to the camera view!

All the front buttons have no effect at all

I can not open the front facade

 

I don't know what to do?

 

Any idea to help me?
