Multitask Posted February 5, 2016 Report Share Posted February 5, 2016 So, I've been working to get AppRadio working on the 8100, using a 2nd gen ChromeCast on my Nexus 6 The n6 is rooted and I have ARUnchained 15 or 16 installed (I tried both) Installed Tasker, and found a script to use from a Utube vid... Also have 'Rotate' install but it's working fine.... I've been sucsessful getting it to display on the 8100 but the resolution from the phone to the 8100 is not the same. The 8100 does not show all of the screen from the N6. so when it wants me to do the Calibration, it fails. I can press the 8100 screen and the phone reacts so I know it's working there, but the DOTs on the screen are not exactly in the same place as on the phone. So I can't calibrate it. Has anyone been able to get this type of setup going on a 8100 (or any of the others)? What hoops did you have to jump through if any. I understand that the HTC M(7-9) line works directly with the cables, and I may end up going that way, but I'm sure there MUST be a way to get my setup going...
