dragonman0 Posted March 13, 2016 Report Share Posted March 13, 2016 I got the 4100nex installed at a dealer to a 328i 2011 BMW with the steering wheel control modification to use the steering wheel controls to change the head unit volume and sources. Recently my steering wheel controls became nonresponsive or minimally responsive. Also, the head unit sources are randomly switching. For example, I would be listening to my ipod source and it would jump to bluetooth, CD, radio randomly without me controlling it. I tried doing a factory reset on the unit but that hasn't helped. Any other ideas short of returning it to the dealer to get a fix? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
